Gyeonghui Palace is a representative cultural asset of Korea in Jongno-gu, Seoul.
It is said that it was also called Seogwong because it is the palace of the west.
Originally, it was the house of Jeong Won-gun, King Injo's father, but it was said that Gwanghaegun built it as a palace after hearing that there was a royal flag on the site.

At the time of its construction, it was a 1,500-kan palace, but it was destroyed through Japanese colonial era.

In the past, there were various structures, but most of them were destroyed by the fire in the year 29 of King Sunjo.
