Chapter 1: General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) is to stipulate the conditions and procedures for use of the Internet website (hereinafter referred to as “this site”) provided by Insight25 (hereinafter referred to as “KETAGO”), as well as other necessary matters.

Article 2 (Definition of Terms)
The definitions of terms used in these terms and conditions are as follows.
① “User” refers to a person who accesses this site and receives services provided by this site in accordance with these terms and conditions.
② “Application” refers to the act of completing the use of the service by entering the relevant information in the application form provided by this site and agreeing to these terms and conditions.
③ “Members and companions” refer to those who have provided personal information necessary for the services provided by this site and who can use the information and services of this site.
④ “E-mail authentication” refers to the authentication act to confirm the identity of the user and to protect the confidentiality of the user in the communication.
⑤ “National ID number” refers to a personal identification number assigned to a person deemed appropriate in the user’s country.
⑥ “Fees” refers to the cost of applying for the Electronic Travel Authorization System, and the cost that the applicant must pay online through an electronic payment agency.
⑦ Terms not defined in these Terms and Conditions are defined in the relevant laws, separate terms and conditions for individual services, and rules of use.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms and Conditions)
① This site provides Korea ETA (Electronic Travel Authorization) application service to you on condition that you agree to these terms and conditions.
② If this site determines that it is necessary to revise the terms and conditions, the site may change these terms and conditions without the member’s permission or consent, and the member agrees to this.
③ If the user does not agree to the amended terms and conditions, the user may express his/her intention to reject the amended terms and conditions through suspension of service use.
④ This site is not responsible for any damage to users caused by not knowing the information about the changed terms and conditions.

Article 4 (Rules other than the terms and conditions)
① If necessary, this site may set separate terms and conditions or rules of use for each service field.
② Matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions are subject to the Telecommunications Basic Act, the Telecommunications Business Act, the Information and Communication Deliberation Regulations, the Information Communication Ethics Code, the Program Protection Act and other related laws.

Chapter 2 Service provision and use
Article 5 (Establishment of the contract of use)
① The contract of use is established by the user agreeing to the contents of these terms and conditions of this site through the Internet and the consent of the use of this site.
② Agree to these terms and conditions is expressed by clicking the ‘Agree’ button on this site.
③ This site may suspend the establishment of the contract of use until the cause is resolved in any of the following cases.
In case of insufficient service-related capacity
If there is a technical obstacle
④ The services provided by this site are all services developed by this site or provided through other organizations, and the contents of the service may be changed and provided to users.

Article 6 (Consent and Protection of Use of Personal Information)
① Personal information is protected in accordance with relevant laws such as the “Personal Information Protection Act” and the “Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. (abbreviation: Information and Communications Network Act)”.
② Personal information on this site is collected, used and protected as follows.
1. Collection of personal information: This site collects user personal information through information provided or generated when users use this site service.
2. Use of personal information: Personal information collected and registered in accordance with Item 1 above will not be leaked or distributed to third parties without the consent of the person, except in the following exceptions.

③ When a user applies for use in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, it is deemed that the user agrees to the use of personal information collected in accordance with Paragraph 2, Item 1 above.

Article 7 (User’s Information Security)
① The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the information entered by the user from the moment of using this site service, You are responsible for yourself.
② The user is responsible for all management of the e-mail and passport number (or date of birth) registered at the time of application, and the registered e-mail and passport number (or date of birth) at the time of application If you discover that the is being used illegally, you must immediately report it to this site. All responsibility for not reporting is the user’s own.
③ The user shall terminate the connection accurately whenever the use of this site service is terminated, and this site shall not be responsible for the intention or negligence of the user caused by the acquisition and use of the user's information.

Article 8 (Notification to Users)
① In operating the service, this site may provide or notify users by posting various information such as notices on the site or by sending e-mail or letter mail.
② In the case of notification to unspecified users, this site shall be deemed to have notified all applicants at the time the notification contents are displayed on this site.

Article 9 (Service usage hours)
① In principle, the service usage hours are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, unless there is a special problem in the business or technology of this site.
② The use time in Paragraph 1 is an exception to the date or time set by this site due to the need for regular inspection, etc., and the service may be temporarily suspended without prior notice.
③ This site can divide the service into specific fields and specify the available time for each field separately. In this case, we will notify you.

Article 10 (Notice of Suspension and Suspension of Service)
① This site may temporarily limit or suspend the provision of services without prior notice to users in the event of any of the following reasons.
When maintenance of this site system is performed regularly or urgently
In the event of a cause such as maintenance, inspection, replacement and breakdown of information and communication facilities, communication interruption, change of service provided, and excessive use of service
When this site determines that temporary suspension of the service is necessary for other, operational or technical reasons
When it is impossible to provide this service due to a disaster such as fire or power outage
When it is impossible to provide this service due to natural disasters such as earthquake, eruption, flood, tsunami, etc.
When it is impossible to provide this service due to force majeure such as national emergency, war, turmoil, riot, disturbance, labor dispute, etc.
② If the service is suspended due to the reason in Paragraph 1, even if the provision of this service is delayed or stopped, all responsibility for damages and losses suffered by the user or other third parties as a result lies with the user or the third party.
③ This site shall not be held responsible if the information processed by this site is damaged due to the reasons in Paragraph 1 above or service facility failure outside the scope of management of this site.
④ In the event that the service must be permanently suspended due to the circumstances of this site, the notice period is one month and it is deemed that all users have been notified at the time the notice is displayed on the site.
⑤ At the end of the notice period for the notice in Paragraph 4 above, all users of this site will be deemed to have consented to the suspension of the service and will be exempted from claims for damages from users or third parties.
⑥ This site may arbitrarily restrict or suspend the use of the service or terminate the use contract without consent if the user has acted in violation of the contents of these Terms and Conditions.

Article 11 (Termination of Contract and Restriction of Use)
This site may terminate the use contract or stop providing services without prior notice if the user violates the user’s obligations under Article 16 of these Terms and Conditions.

Article 12 (Copyright of Posts)
① Use for other commercial or private purposes, such as duplication, redistribution, publication, processing, sale, etc., except when approved by this site (including cases where a third party has obtained the third party's approval through this site if the third party has the right to information) or cannot be provided. Matters concerning the posting of copyrights are subject to the relevant laws and regulations.
② Users shall be solely responsible for civil and criminal liabilities arising from the infringing of the copyright of others by the user’s postings.

Article 13 (Deletion of Posts)
① If a post on the bulletin board of this site falls under any of the following subparagraphs, it may be deleted, moved or rejected without prior notice.

In case of slander or damage to this site or others
In case of violation of public order or morals
When it is feared or recognized that it is related to criminal activity

Chapter 3 Duties and Responsibilities
Article 14 (Obligations of this site)

However, this is not the case when there is a criminal investigation purpose or when there is a request according to the procedures stipulated in other related laws and regulations. ③ This site must have a security system to protect users’ personal information (including credit information) so that users can safely use the site services.
④ This site is not responsible for any disruption to service use due to reasons attributable to the user.

Article 15 (Obligations of Users)
① Users must accurately fill in the required information when using the service. In addition, if the already provided usage information is changed, it must be corrected immediately and managed so that accurate information is maintained.
② Users may not engage in any commercial activities other than those permitted under the Immigration Control Act by using this site service.
③ Users shall not engage in any of the following acts in relation to the use of this site service.
An act of illegally using the registered e-mail and passport number (or date of birth) when applying for another user
Abusive language, slander, obscenity, insults, intimidation, dissemination of false information, disclosure of personal information, etc. Infringing the privacy of this site or others, or disclosing or transmitting to a third party content that damages the reputation of others
Acts of disguising the source of data
The act of posting content that is not available under the relevant laws or these terms and conditions or sending it by other means such as e-mail
Infringing this site and others' patent rights, trademark rights, trade secrets, copyrights, other intellectual property rights and property rights, or posting or transmitting by e-mail or other methods
Posting advertisements, spam mails, letters of luck, etc. not approved by this site, or soliciting by e-mail or other methods
Acts of collecting or distributing other people’s personal information
Using or distributing harmful computer programs such as hacking or computer viruses
Acts of impersonating the site administrator, employee, or person concerned
Any act of arbitrarily changing part or all of the information posted on this site
Criminal acts or other acts for the purpose of criminal acts
Acts that harm public morals or social order
Acts that slander and slander this site and defame or insult the reputation of others
Repeatedly transmitting advertising content against the will of others
Any act that interferes with or is likely to interfere with the stable operation of the service
Acts that violate these Terms and Conditions and other rules or conditions of use set by this site

④ If a user causes damage to a third party when using this service, the user shall be responsible for the damage and solve it at the user’s own expense so that the user does not cause any damage to the site.
⑤ In the event that a user causes damage to the site by violating the terms and conditions, the user may claim compensation for the damage suffered regardless of whether or not the use of the service is arbitrarily restricted or suspended.

Article 16 (Ownership of this site)
① This site owns intellectual property rights and other rights related to services, software, images, marks, logos, designs, service names, information and trademarks provided by this site.
② Users cannot modify, rent, sell, distribute, produce, transfer, sublicense, secure, or commercially use all or part of each property in Paragraph 1, except when explicitly approved by this site.

Chapter 4 Others
Article 17 (Refund Rules)
① After the electronic travel authorization (ETA) approval service is completed (approval application is completed and the approval result is announced by the person in charge), in principle, it is impossible to cancel the approval, so a customer’s refund request is not possible.
② Cancellation and refund processing is possible before the service is completed.
Cancellation Requirement: Cancellation and refund are possible only before the Korea ETA application and Korea ETA approval.
If approval is pending, paragraph 1 above applies.
③ In case of cancellation or refund, the applicable payment method (card) will be used for cancellation.
④ Requests for cancellation or refund will be processed within the same day.

Article 18 (Prohibition of transfer)
The user cannot transfer or gift the right to use the service or other status in the contract of use to another person, and cannot provide it as collateral.

Article 19 (Compensation for Damages)
This site is not responsible for any damage to users in relation to the services provided, except for criminal acts intentionally committed by this site.

Article 20 (Exemption clause)
① This site is exempted from liability if it is unable to provide services due to natural disasters or force majeure equivalent thereto.
② This site is exempted from liability even in the event of damages caused by telecommunication services being stopped or key telecommunications carriers not providing services normally.
③ This site is exempted from liability for damage caused by unavoidable reasons such as repair, replacement, regular inspection, and construction of service facilities.
④ This site is not responsible for any damage caused by reasons attributable to the user.
⑤ This site has no obligation to represent any opinions or information of users expressed in the service.
⑥ In any case, this site is not responsible for any gain or loss suffered by you depending on the information contained in the service provided by this site.
⑦ This site does not bear any responsibility in relation to goods transactions or monetary transactions made through the service between users or between users and third parties.
⑧ This site receives the user’s information and acts on behalf of the service limited to the ETA application. As the result of the application is the sole authority of the Korean government, it does not bear any responsibility for the result of the user’s ETA application.
⑨ We are not responsible for the results of ETA application due to incorrect information or errors provided by the user to this site.

Article 21 (Competent Court)
Korean law applies to disputes related to service use between this site and users, and lawsuits arising from this dispute are brought to the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
